A satire using Vermeer's "Girl with a Pearl Earring" for Mad Magazine's "Monkeys" issue. Sam, the Art Director, wanted as much authenticity as possible to the original painting, but didn't want an ordinary facial expression on the gorilla. He wanted the gorilla to be blowing a kiss at you. In other words some "monkey business".
